We learned on the tour that you cannot “guide” through Borough Market, so we just walked through it on our own basically without and guidance or direction. And we only had 20 minutes there. It was barely enough time to grab one bite of food from a stall, let alone try multiple things. And unfortunately, our guide did not point us in the direction of any of her favorites, market specialties, etc. We then walked on to the next market, which we just strolled through without stopping.…”
